    Is it appropriate to reach out to reviewers after the review process finishes?

    Question

    After your paper gets accepted or rejected, is it acceptable to contact reviewers for further discussion of their comments? Are there situations you should definitely avoid doing this?

      Only contact reviewers if you have very short, genuine academic questions.
